Installation Details

Installation costs start from R1500.00 and include the CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) and Wi-Fi router.

The first month's package cost is additional, calculated on a pro-rata basis based on your activation date, and is payable together with the installation amount.

We will quote the total installation amountbased on your selected package and installation date.

Installation is subject to a 12-month contract.
Early cancellation will incur a R1000.00 fee.
The installed equipment remains the property of Hex Connect for the duration of the 12-month contract period.

A. Authority
I/We are hereby authorised to issue and deliver payment instructions for my monthly commitment due to the respect of Internet Connectivity, as well as any other amounts e.g. for extra services to your Banker for collection against my/our above-mentioned account at my above-mentioned Bank (or any other Bank or branch to which I/We may transfer my/our account) on condition that the sum of such payment will never exceed my/our obligations as agreed to in the Agreement and commencing on and continuing until this Authority and Mandate is terminated by me/us by giving you notice in writing of not less than 20 (twenty) ordinary working days and sent by prepaid registered post or delivered to your address as indicated above.
If the payment day falls on a Sunday, or a recognized South African public holiday, the payment day will automatically be the very next ordinary business day.
Please note that the amount debited monthly may vary based on the service provided and amount charged per service item.
I/We understand that the withdrawal hereby authorised will be processed through a computerised system provided by the South African Banks.
I also understand that details of each withdrawal will be printed on my Bank statement.
B. Mandate
I/We acknowledge that all payment instructions issued by you shall be treated by my/our above-mentioned Bank as if the instructions have been issued by me/us personally.

C. Cancellation
I/We agree that although this Authority and Mandate may be cancelled by me/us, such cancellation will not cancel the Agreement.
I/We shall not be entitled to pay any refund amounts which you have withdrawn while this Authority was in force, if such amounts were legally owing to you.
If the service is cancelled within 12 months a R1000.00 cancellation fee will be charged, the router is the property of Hex Connect and needs to be returned if not returned to Hex Connect the full router amount will be charge.
The client will be liable for the cost of repairing or replacing the Router in case of fire, theft, or any form of negligence.
D. Assignment
I/We acknowledge that this Authority may be ceded or assigned to a third party if the Agreement is also ceded or assigned to a third party, but in the absence of such assignment of the Agreement, this Authority and Mandate cannot be assigned to any third party.
